Terms of service.

By booking an appointment at AM Barber Studio, enrolling in a digital course, or otherwise using this website, you confirm that you've read and accept these Terms of Service. If you don't accept them, please don't use the service.

We reserve the right to update these terms occasionally — when we do, the "Last updated" date at the top changes and the new version applies from that day forward.

AM Barber Studio provides in-person barbering services at 706 Highland Ave, National City, CA 91950 — including haircuts, beard work, hot-towel shaves, and combined service packages. We also offer a small catalogue of digital courses through /academy.

Service prices and durations listed on the site are accurate at the time of publication but may be updated. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay.

Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. You can book through this website, by phone, or in person.

We ask for at least 4 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations inside that window — or no-shows — may forfeit the appointment and, for repeat occurrences, may affect future booking access.

If we have to cancel on you (illness, emergencies), we'll reach out as early as possible and offer the next available slot at no penalty.

Course access is granted to the email used at checkout. It is single-user, non-transferable, and not licensed for resale, redistribution, or public broadcast.

Courses include lifetime access to existing lessons. We may add new lessons over time at our discretion; we don't guarantee future content beyond what was advertised at the time of purchase.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 25 % of the course has been viewed. After that, sales are final.

The studio is a shared space. We expect clients to treat barbers, staff, and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any behaviour that compromises that — harassment, intoxication, threats, or discriminatory conduct of any kind.

Photography or filming inside the studio requires prior consent. The cuts and likenesses we capture are sometimes posted to our social accounts — let your barber know before your appointment if you'd rather not appear in any post.

All content on this site — photography, video, copy, course material, the AM mark — is the property of AM Barber Studio unless explicitly attributed otherwise. You're welcome to share and link to it, but you may not reproduce, repackage, or commercialize it without written permission.

We do our work carefully and to a professional standard. That said, AM Barber Studio, its owner, staff, and contractors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or the website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or pre-existing scalp / skin conditions should be disclosed to your barber before the service starts. We're happy to do a patch test on request.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of San Diego County.
